Zario Travezz has such a thick chest and now we know he uses dumbbells for his upper body workout. The problem with those is that they can do some damage if they hit your ankle after a set, as Zario found out. Luckily August Alexander was there to make Zario feel better with a little ankle rub, some sock sniffing, and lots of toe sucking at My Friends' Feet.
