Starting the session in a new way, Franco Dax suspends Buddy Meyers from the ceiling. He tickles his smooth, exposed body, which forces Buddy to straighten himself out, completely upside-down. After a few minutes of this unique torture, Franco releases Buddy to the tickling table where he blows raspberries on him and tickle tortures him in the ribs. Buddy begs for it to stop and swears that he'll get his revenge on Franco, but he has no say in the matter.
Franco tickles him in his ribs and inner thighs, then moves down to his size 9 feet. Buddy continues to bargain and cry at TICKLED HARD, but Franco has only just begun. He tortures the cowboy's feet with a scalp massager and dog grooming brush before mummifying the defiant boy with plastic wrap. Buddy tries to burst his way through, but Franco clips his wrist cuffs together and suspends them with rope. He punches through the plastic to tickle Buddy in all his terribly ticklish spots.
