Michael DelRay gets a deep examination from Nurse Noah Pain and Dr. Knockout. Coming in for just an ear ache turns into more for Michael as the doctor insists on a full exam to determine the cause. Dr. Knockout and his nurse both have enormous tongue depressors at Blacks On Boys to stretch even the widest of orifices. Michael's holes will be left gaping wide after this procedure.
