Justin Case shows us his dominant side big time in this scene, capturing big, strong Aleck and tying him to a chair in order to worship his masculine feet. Aleck is gagged, thus unable to orate his protests to his predicament. This is exactly how Justin wants it. He lets Aleck know that he will be leaving town very soon and that he won't be able to find him.
